DOWN
PAYMENT: A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation. The balance, plus tax and any security deposit
or dog fee is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00pm / Check-out is no later than 11:00am unless otherwise arranged.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: No security deposit is required if
you elect to pay Windsong Cabin directly via credit card. If you pay by PayPal, Check, Money Order or Cash, a security
deposit of $200 is required at the time of the final payment and will be promptly refunded after the premises has
been cleaned, inspected and inventoried.
CLEANING / TRASH PICK-UP: Windsong Cabin provides all normal and reasonable
cleaning of the property, all normal household trash pick-up and laundering of all linens and towels after your check out
at no additional fee. Prior to your departure please empty the refrigerator, run the dishwasher, strip the beds
and leave used linens on the floor in the bedrooms and leave furniture and amenities where they were found when
you arrived.
SMOKING: Windsong Cabin provides a smoke free environment. Smoking inside the house or garage
is not permitted.
CANCELLATION: You
may cancel your reservation 15 days before your arrival date and receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 cancellation
fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to your arrival will be refunded only to the extent that the property is re-rented
for the same period.
PETS: Pets
are not allowed with the possible exception of well behaved dogs, which may be allowed but must be registered with Windsong
Cabin prior to your arrival and will require a onetime $50 fee to account for the usual cleaning requirements associated

AGREEMENT: Before making any payments to Windsong Cabin, you are advised to read and understand the full rental terms and
conditions as given on pages 2 & 3 of your Rental Agreement or by downloading a typical Rental Agreement using the 'Downloads'
